SPR# WSCN5XRMJX - Fixed Memory Leaks and Heap growth on OS/400. Prior to this fix, there was a back-end memory leak due to the way LSXBE was allocating memory. Also, code was added to enhance the way Garbage Collection works on the AS/400 platform.
